  been waiting for a linux version of utorrent for a long time. love the program, but i won't hold it against the devs if you don't. since i'm not one of those militant morons who think that they are the only people on the planet and demand that everyone does stuff for them for free while listening to them whine and bitch about shit...

  great job utorrent devs love the prog been using it for ages on linux and win

  "Why not just use WINE?"
  Why not just do the most obvious step in application development of making the app native on as many platforms as possible?

  @Admin "What's Wrong with using Wine?"
  1) the ability to run the application without needing another piece of software that could change in the future and possibly break the app running in wine
  2) native apps run more efficiently than apps in an emulated environment
  3) it would allow the app to actually look like all the other apps on the desktop
  also using QT is much simpler than GTK+ to code in

  There is no torrent client for Linux that approaches the usability and quality of features (in such a small package!) as uTorrent. Linux users may not be anywhere near the majority, but they are also among the most dedicated.

  Almost all  µTorrent user use Linux and you have screenshot µTorrent downloading Ubuntu 9.04 on your homepage.
