Advanced Sheduler

I have an idea about a more advanced sheduler there I can set exactly times and set multiple diffrent speed limits.

        i think your idea is very good.. i am thinking similar like you too. I am thinking to when to stop downloading and when to stop uploading(seeding). The way to set speed is something new..good..
