So far, Google's Chrome OS has no torrent client. I am not sure if it is technically possible, but I would use a Chromebook as my main computing device if it had a reliable torrent client. As most Chrome OS devices use small SSDs, the ability to save downloads to USB storage or SD cards would be a necessity.

Implement a lightweight browser. Perhaps you wish to download a torrent, but you don't have the full URL? This would also help with websites that require login to download .torrent files when all you have is a URL.

When a torrents seeds fall below 1 uTorrent should automatically search for other torrents, to keep that torrent alive as long as possible. If this can be done without a browser and be fully automated that would be such a time saver!

Even if I have to load a list of my favorite torrent sites into uTorrent manually somewhere in the uTorrent setup. This would be such a cool feature!

I often move torrents from the default location where I downloaded them to a different folder or drive. Having an option to display the file's current location in the utorrent GUI, instead of having to right click and open file to see it's location, would be a big help and cause less torrents to get lost on peoples computer (I.E. Make it easier to keep torrents alive longer since they can see which torrents are where on their computer).

Some kind of browser interface, to stream movies, music, etc, directly from there, having a list of available material (obviously legal) in different trackers.
