Right now if I update my client or restart it, I lose the ability to stay signed in.

Neither the web.torrent.com nor the utorrent web GUI work at all well with the iPad2. We really need an interface that works well with iPads and other mobile devices.

Notify the user on the Android platform. Could be configured for specific torrents with labels.

Allow multiple .torrent files to be added at the same time when you click the button to browse for .torrent files.

Allow more than one account to connect to the same utorrent instance. This allows 1 computer running utorrent in the house that multiple people can queue torrents in. Running utorrent on more than one machine per connection is not ideal since they fight eachother for available bandwidth.

Right now when we try to add a magnet link to the android utorrent app it tells us magnet is an unknown protocol. It would be nice if support for it could be added.

I want to play media I've already DL on my home-PC by logging in (somewhere) from a different pc (even city) & simply run my files. Assuming my home PC is on and connected to the web.

making it possible to sort by priority as well. At the moment, i can't see th existing priority.

The webui's authentication method currently doesn't work on Windows Phone 7. Meaning you can't even attempt to log in. It asks you to move your finger around, but WP7's edition of iExplorer doesn't seem to work that way..
Would be nice to have access from WP7.

Add a trackers tab like the full UI, with the ability to remove trackers.

Sometimes there are trackers I just don't want to use (i.e. dennis.stalker)

This would be great for both the web.utorrent.com and android app.

Some office firewalls won't allow users to connect to normal uTorrent Web ports, which are in the 900x range.

Enable files which have been downloaded to utorrent to be downloaded via the website directly from utorrent to the computer using the website.

You should be able to quit the uTorrent program remotely.

You should also be able to set the Auto Shutdown options remotely.

I go to work leaving my downloads running, there is a chance I can get caught up for a few days, so I should be able to set the download option remotely.
