  Even on larger screens it's in the way! The person who decided to place it there must not use the interface that much...

  You can just place it on left side of browser window or bottom right corner.

  It really only matters on smaller screens. Unfortunately, I just tried using it on a 9" widescreen Samsung Netbook - the entire scrollbar was covered!

  Don't really care where you move it, but it needs moved. Who had the bright idea of putting it right over the scroll bar anyway?

  I say move it to the top of the screen about in the middle in that open green space between the utorrent image on the left and the Home/Take Our Survey/Logout links on the right.
