When seeding huge file (> 4Gb) with high upload speed and open this file in other program (e. g. mplayer) memory leak is detected. Commit memory growing up to the whole available physical memory. System be come unstable and overall performance decrease dramatically due to swapping. The reason is in a FILE_FLAG_RANDOM_ACCESS flag usage when OpenFile API is called. Quite a lot of people have a significantly lower upload rate than download rate, because they're using adsl. When you're downloading really fast, the upload line in the graph almost disappears in the bottom.
Why not make the upload graph have it's own scale at the right of the graph?

If I need to search a torrent by a hash, I copy the hash by the right mouse button and paste it in the search field in a top right corner of uTorrent.
It will be much better if I can only click on a hash and immediately google it.

Any chance of creating a backup online about settings and the list of torrents that are in use?
So we can use µtorrent anywhere we like or in case of a hd format we can easily reinstall µtorrent and still got the torrents to re-download

I have no objection to keeping the sponsored torrent banner enabled, but what I find strange is that there is no easy option to clear the current offer if I'm not interested in it, so that something else can be suggested in its place.

At the moment there seems to be only one way to get a new suggestion, and that is to start the download for the current one, and then immediately delete it before it has chance to download, but this seems unnecessarily complicated when a simple "next offer" button would be far quicker.

I would like utorrent to quit(or shut down the PC) when the download stops due to scheduler reaching the time limit.

It is better to add an auto restart function when user change the language. It can be a dialog box offering to auto restart µTorrent.

Make it possible to see the exact file size of the files in the files tab. Either by switching in the context menu (better) or with a popup window.

On broken torrents I can seek missing files on my harddisc, but I have to know the exact size for the search.

Now I seek the torrent file in the %AppData% (hardly to find in hundrets of files), view it with a file viewer and interprete the content, but this is very time consuming.

I didn't see it mentioned, but I'd add autofill to the label field. I use the label to save files to common directories and auto fill would be nice so that I don't create a new label by accident, causing the file to be saved in a new folder.

VIRGIN MEDIA only allows me to download up to 1.2GB during peak hours (5-9pm).
I would like to see a function which means I can limit my client to only download up to XXGB between (Start time - finish time)
The same function for uploading would be good too.

There should be a small marker besides the grid showing the current day-of-the-week to minimize human error.

uTorrent is saving those statistics anyways - it's mentioned in brackets after upload speed, in detailed info - it should be included as column, for easier sorting.

On certain sites that I am a member of, you can set up RSS feeds, but they limit the maximum number of items to 50. When it comes to TV shows, it goes through 50 results very quickly. I would like to be able to be able to set a cache limit of some sort so that I can see maybe the last 150-200 feed items...sort of like Google Reader stores older stories.

Proxies do not allow this type of connection, so you should create separate proxy settings for uTorrent remote.

the "show download bar" option in "advanced" menu seems to have been abandoned for a long time now - when it's really useful in some cases. The download bar isn't resizable, you can't modify the columns it shows, the columns are too narrow for the content.
Please improve/fix the download bar.

like in emule or vuze: The Last seen complete column in the Transfer List shows the date all parts of the file were available.
