My vote is contingent on "integrate" meaning "jumplist" functionality. Not familiar with "live messenger" mentions in win 7, however last time I used anything "MSN" was in windows 98 and it sounds like they have not cleaned up their practice of "dominating" aspects of GUI in ways that end-user wants to control but is given none.

"Integrate?" What the hell is that supposed to mean?

Besides, please don't leave Linux out of the equation. (Or Mac OSX... nah, on second thought, you can leave that loser out of the equation.)

Integrating uTorrent with taskbar Windows 7 as Windows Media Player in Windows XP would be good..

IF then make it optional(preffered another build)
using that shit is annoying, when I was using msn I ran it in compatibility mode to hide it in tray
but I'd preffer just minor tweaks to make it even lighter and faster just as it should be

Great idea, Windows 7 integration would defiantly improve ease of use, maybe even speed! A cleaner interface in the program would help to since I find the new theme does not work very well at all.

I would really like to see them take advantage of the Jumplist and Dynamic Progress Bar / Dynamic Overlay Icons in Win 7's taskbar. It would be nice to use the bar to show the total progress of your downloads.. or to use the jumplist to start/pause/stop torrents.

I on the other hand like it very much so.. an option (checkbox) than?

Best feature would be progress on the taskbar. But seeing as the tray in Windows 7 is pretty de-emphasized, it'd be nice to do away with it completely and have everything a part of the taskbar icon.

Put a progress bar on the taskbar icon and have an option to disable the tray icon!

If there's a way to eliminate the tray icon completely and move its functionality onto the taskbar, that'd be nice too.

W7 can also display progress in the taskbar icons background for various operations like copying, installing etc. This could be used to show download progress (I think emule is already doing this),

Jump lists would be hella nice. Just adding the shortcuts from the taskbar icon would be sufficient.

I prefer use of the new taskbar than tray in W7. And my uT. is that giant dummy icon (% .

You're talking like jump lists and stuff, yeah?

Just as long as you don't go all Live Messenger / Skype on us and replace the tray icon with a giant dummy window. =)
