Add anomos protocol in utorrent

Considering how the world is moving, this will soon be a standard feature in all major torrent clients. Would love to see uTorrent adopt this early.
I will not pay for this, but will definitely switch to some other client where this gets implemented.

Possible UI implementation details:
During the setup (or afterwards in a Dropbox-esque tutorial, whatever), open a window with an "Optimize for..." slider on it that has "Speed" on one side, and "Security" on the other. The middle of the slider can be a 'balance' which enables forced encryption, port randomization, etc.

Please add this. I would care less of the slower download speeds if it meant that I was kept anonymous. Just allow it to be disabled for the ones who want faster download speeds
