remove force start from streaming

If I have more than one torrents queued, and I want to stream a single torrent, it goes to "force start" state and another one starts downloading, which is not the desired behaviour.

        Yep, this is really annoying.

        I'd suggest either the above solution, or make torrents that are in the "force start" state count towards the queue.
