If I have more than one torrents queued, and I want to stream a single torrent, it goes to "force start" state and another one starts downloading, which is not the desired behaviour.

I would like utorrent to quit(or shut down the PC) when the download stops due to scheduler reaching the time limit.

Let's say when adding a torrent that's very large (40GB or so), the bar at the bottom doesn't give a very good indication of how much has been created.

So maybe showing a % of creation in the titlebar or to the side would be useful.

Make the ability to re-rate or change the rating of a torrent.

If you plug out External Hard-drive and plug in another device, which replaces your drive letter. Then you plug the External Hard-drive back in, it will not find the "correct" hard-drive automatically. Solution could be: Save hard-drive serial when adding new torrent. Then automatically search through all Hard-drives serials to find the correct one when new device is inserted.

A feature to allow to to create a new torrent by simply right clicking on a file, group of files, or folder. Much easier than browsing through uTorrent menus.

Whenever a new session of Windows is opened for the same user, uTorrent is set to autostart, but it already is running within the other session. So if it could check for running session on same user account, and not open if found.

It is better to add an auto restart function when user change the language. It can be a dialog box offering to auto restart µTorrent.

Please, make it possible to click on the URL at comment string in General tab of torrent.

When i want too renew my torrent or check something, first i select the torrent, then i go to the General Tab, then i right click and copy the url at comment string, then i paste it to the browser. It's too long way to see the topic of this torrent.

Listen on IPv6 address in addition to IPv4 in WebUI, this will eliminate initial delay in browsers supporting IPv6 while it switches from 6 to 4.
Currently if I try to open WebUI using computer name rather that IP (like MyServer:8080/gui) browser (in my case chrome) at first tries to resolve MyServer to IPv6 address (given it's supported by OS, which it is). It obviously fails as uTorrent does not listen on 8080 with IPv6 address. Only after about 30 seconds browser switches to IPv4 and displays authentication dialog.

Have the plus and minus keys raise and lower, respectively, the selected file's priority.
Also, Pieces tab should show priority level of file it belongs to. ie "High (13)" instead of just "High"

Rather than just moving torrents up and down the queue we should be able to specify the queue number, it would be so much easier to move a new torrent higher in queue.

The pieces column under files tab of torrent resizes tiny, no doubt because it's a special case i.e. doesn't contain text to resize for. Would be good if you could add a handler to only resize it to something in particular automatically when double clicking the resize handle.
