If a torrent is dying, than uTorrent will automatically start seeding for that torrent until the ratio reaches a specific level. Some people can't seed 24/7 because of bandwidth limits.

It's not too late to follow the specification! Announcing to multiple trackers causes unnecessary overhead and tracker load. Create an option to export all current settings to a file, and be able to import those settings back in.

Azureus allows you to bind torrenting to a specific interface, good for those with multiple connections like those with a VPN. Binding to an IP is often not an option with ISP's giving dynamic IP's to standard accounts. A simple mechanism to select which NICs, virtual or real, torrenting can occur on would be very helpful.

Please, make it possible to click on the URL at comment string in General tab of torrent.

When i want too renew my torrent or check something, first i select the torrent, then i go to the General Tab, then i right click and copy the url at comment string, then i paste it to the browser. It's too long way to see the topic of this torrent.

Sometimes, files that are not torrents show up in RSS feeds, and if they match your filters uTorrent will attempt to download it over and over, wasting a significant amount of bandwidth. I suggest an option that lets the user set the maximum size of a torrent download by RSS. In addition, utorrent should keep track of links that failed due to size so it knows not to retry that torrent again.
